How To Apply For PPSC Jobs 2023-24:
- Prior to submitting your online application, please review the "General Instructions" concerning the Application Fee, Written Test, and Interview on the PPSC website www.ppsc.gop.pk.
- Individuals employed by Semi-Government and Autonomous Bodies of the Federal or Provincial Government, as well as those in Local Bodies, are not eligible for age concessions during their tenure in such organizations.
- If a candidate asserts that their qualification is equivalent to the prescribed qualification, they must furnish an equivalence certificate for their foreign or local qualification. This certificate, issued by the Competent Authority of HEC/PMDC/PMC/PEC & QEDC of the relevant Administrative Department, will be considered final by the Commission. The candidate's failure to present the Equivalence Certificate during the interview or upon the Commission's request will lead to the cancellation of their candidacy.
- Should a candidate claim experience in a private firm/entity, proof must be presented during the interview indicating the firm/entity's registration with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or another Regulatory Authority. Failure to provide such proof will lead to the rejection of the application. The candidate must demonstrate that the private entity was registered during the claimed experience period.
- Candidates must promptly apply for a Departmental Permission Certificate/NOC in their respective Department(s) after applying for a specific post. The Departmental Permission Certificate/NOC must be presented at the interview if called.
- Upon applying for a post advertised by PPSC, candidates must ensure they have obtained/applied for registration in PEC/PNC/PMDC/PMC/PVMC or the relevant body for the Registration Certificate on or before the Closing Date. This certificate must be provided at the interview if called.
- Candidates must ensure they furnish marks obtained/total marks or a percentage certificate for all degrees at the time of the interview, issued by the Competent Authority. CGPA is not acceptable.
- Any information shared by sources other than the PPSC’s website is not authentic, and candidates should not rely on such information.
- The Shorthand Test and Typing & Proficiency Test, if required, will exclusively take place in Lahore.
- If there is a variation (increase/decrease) in the number of posts by the concerned department, no fresh applications will be invited.
- Applicants are advised to deposit fees online using specified mediums such as ATMs, Mobile Phone Banking, Internet Banking, Over the counter (by visiting the nearest *1Link Member Banks Branches), Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa, U Paisa, and other accessible microfinance banks.
